The cut-off time for the processing of Atram investments is at 9AM. Any investments made after that time will be processed on the next business day.
If the fund still does not show up 3 business days after the transaction, we can validate your transaction when you email us at support@gcash.com or click on the icon on the top right to submit a ticket.
Please include the following details:
  • GCash number
  • Amount of redemption
  • Transaction number  (As seen on SMS from 2882)
  • Order number (if available)
A GCash representative will get back to you within 24 business hours after you have sent your inquiry. Please take note that it may take some time for us to be able to reverse your transaction.
